Hi y’all
You know I am into fitness and living a healthful life? Ok, in case you did not know, I also really like meals, hehehehe!! I really like superior meals ehhh. I love cooking, cooking tends to make me pleased. When I am bored, I cook, lol. Anyways, this week is Christmas week, so I would really like to share some of my recipes with you(not that they are items you under no circumstances knew about, am just attempting to have entertaining, make una no vex, lol.) I will attempt to make them a bit healthful for us, so that we never really feel also guilty when indulging. All week is all about meals, meals, meals, fooood and much more fooood. #operationopenbelle Woohoo!!

If you are searching for uncomplicated recipes to make for the household or add to your celebration menu, perhaps some of what you uncover right here will attract you. Nowadays i am sharing Chicken pepper soup!! This dish may well not be a significant deal, but nne/nna it tastes like happiness! Uncomplicated and yummy!!!!

This was exactly where I added all the spices to marinate with.

Scent leaves and curry leaves.

Components: Will feed four to six men and women

  1. 1 entire chicken: I made use of reside chicken, they taste much better, they give much better flavor and aroma to the dish (and I get to use all the spare components of the chicken, hehehe) My neighbors don hear nwii! Lol!
  2. two tsps pepper soup spice_ground.
  3. three fresh native yellow pepper_ground
  4. two tsps of crayfish_ground
  5. Half a hand complete of Scent leave(I just cant do without having this herb)
  6. Half a hand complete of curry leaves_finely chopped
  7. 1/two tsp of thyme.
  8. 1 smaller bay leaf.
  9. 1 smaller onion_chopped 
  10. 1 garlic clove_crushed and chopped
  11. Salt and seasoning cubes to taste.

How to cook:

  1. For a deep flavor, please please and please marinate your chicken for at least 30 mins. The much more you marinate, the deeper the flavor and the chicken comes out definitely tasty. I permitted mine five hours. Use all the spices, salt, seasoning cubes, onion, garlic, pepper to rub the chicken, then stick it into the fridge till you are prepared to cook. Do not add water.
  2. Bring out the chicken, add a cup of water and cook till the chicken is effectively completed. Biko, me I never consume bloody chicken, I cook my meat till effectively completed!
  3. When its prepared, add much more water, about three cups of BOILED water and enable to simmer, then add the chopped herbs. Taste for salt and turn of the heat.
  4. Serve with boiled plantains, yam or potatoes. I had mine with some noodles for dinner. 
  5. Heat lovers, really feel cost-free to boost the quantity of pepper in the dish. #sweatisgood
I cooked the noodles plain, no spice, no salt.
